Pikehaven Limited has worked with main contractors for Railtrack on many contracts within depots, stations or on track structures.  Our operatives are always specifically trained for the tasks and locations they are carrying out and are all PTS trained. Where required or not provided, a COSS or other safety designates are employed. Materials used are all approved for use in the chosen environments within the network. We work closely with manufacturers such as SBD, Sika, Fosroc, Ronacrete, Contar and others to ensure the best solution is achieved within the constraints of location, budget and contract programme. Plant is always checked and tested and carries current PAT test certification. Recent contracts include: Paddington Station Platform Edge Renewal Removal of existing asphalt covering, concrete repairs and application of fast setting epoxy resin screeds during night possessions. Selhurst Depot  Steam cleaning of 6 oil interceptor pits, concrete repairs and application of Epoxy renders on stainless steel mesh reinforcement to line chambers against substrate attack and surrounding groundwater contamination. |
