It is the Company’s policy to ensure that all employees receive regular health and safety training. The training regime is centred around regular ‘tool box talks’ (tbt’s) to be undertaken by supervisor. In addition to site based training, each employee will be given a job safety induction including: A site induction for each new site location will also be given at the contract start. The supervisor will be issued with method statements and risk assessments for each section of the works. Where relevant, managers and operatives will be given approved outside training.
